Electric Wire Rope Hoist CD1 Model Designed for Compatibility with Multiple Crane Systems

The electric wire rope hoist CD1/MD1 model have features of compact structure, light weight, small size and easy operation. It can be used not only on the overhead rails, but also be used in conjunction with many types of electric or manual cranes such as the single-grider crane, the double-grider crane, the cantilever crane and the gantry cranes etc. The eletric hoist model MD1 with double lifting speed which should be used in case where the hoist model CD1 can not meet the requirements for fine abjustments during recision operations. The electric wire rope hoist is extensively used in factories, workshops, warehouses and many other occasions to hoist materials directly. It can be installed on the straight or curve I-steel beam of Single-girder Cranes to lift goods. It can also be used together with Electric Hoist Double-beam, gantry crane and slewing cranes to hoist different items and so on. It has so many appllication usages just for its advantages, such as: tight structure, convenient operation, light weight, wide common use and so on.

• 1. Motor: Hoist Motor is a taper type rotor motor with braking; it is one of the best quality motors, which has bigger torque, so it can be adapted to moving frequently, the Maximum torque is 2.4-3 times than the rated torque.
• 2. Gear Box: Hoist Gear Box has specially treated gears for high wear resistance. Each Geared Shaft assembly is supported on ball or roller bearings, to ensure smooth, low-friction operation.
• 3. Wire Rope: Hoisting ropes comply with the exporting standards. The leading rope taken by the drum does not slip sideways when slack. The factor of safety, on the nominal breaking strength of the rope is six.
• 4. Rope Drum: Grooved hoist Drum, seamless pipe of adequate length to be wounded in one layer and to provide proper support for the rope to minimize abrasive wear is provided. Drum Shaft resolves on Ball Bearings for ensuring smooth running.
• 5. Electric apparatus controlling system: Model CD1 and MD1 hoist is composed of the contactor box, controlling switch, cut-off limiter, the working voltage of controlling switch is 380V, 36V or 24V(safety voltage).
• 6. Rope Guide: Rope Guide is in two halves, ensuring easy accessibility. It encircles the drum completely so that the rope may not uncoil even when the Hoist is in unloaded condition. The rope guides of our company is thicken and dilated, so that it is not easy to be damaged.
• 7. Hook: The Hook Block is tested to 150 % of full load before assembly.

1. A. The standard lifting height is 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 30 and 36 meters.
